2012/2013 Uniben Post Direct Entry Examination Application Form Is Out For Admissions

The University of Benin, popularly known as Uniben, located in Edo State, Nigeria Direct Entry Screening Examination for the 2012/2013 academic session has been scheduled and fixed to be written on Saturday, the 25th of August, 2012 in designated centres within Ugbowo Campus of the University. All candidates who participated in the examination are expected to be seated, latest, one hour before the scheduled time for the screening exercise begin. Qualification. Only candidates who applied through the Joint Admission And Matriculation Board (JAMB) for Direct Entry Admission and has chose the University of Benin as First Choice are qualified and eligible for the Screening Exercise. Application has already kick-off and the deadline for the online application started Monday July 30th 2012, and will close by 7:00a.m on Monday, 20th August, 2012. How To Apply For The University Of Benin Post Direct Entry Examination. step 1. Firstly, Visit uniben.edu Step 2. When it opens up on your computer screen, Click PUDE 2012 Step 3. All participating candidates are advised to have a valid e-mail account before starting the application process, for online verification. Step 4. Then Click on Direct Entry Screening Test 2012/2013 Step 5. Then Click on Register for application at the top left of the displayed page on your computer screen to proceed. Step 6. Then Enter your first name as written on your Jamb Registration slip, then enter your Jamb Registration Number. Step 7. Immediately, your ID and Password will be displayed on the browser. Please copy it and print it out for safety sake. Step 8. Then on the uniben-kofa.waeup.org click on Login Which is be located at the top right front page. Step 9. Enter your Username and the password to login. Step 10. To commence the application process, please click on Application record and provide all required information and upload your passport photograph. Step 11. Make sure that the rapport photograph you are to upload must be a clear 1” x 1” COLOUR passport photograph with red background. This passport photograph must be in JPEG format only. NOTE that the photograph uploaded will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout their stay in the University of Benin. Step 12. To pay for the Application Form, click on Add online payment ticket at the bottom of the page, then click on College Pay which is located on the top left corner of the page. follow the instruction to pay the application fee of two thousand, four hundred naira (N2,400.00) with an ATM-Enabled Verve or Master Card from any commercial Bank in Nigeria. Please note that this fee covers the application fee, the Interswitch and also the Portal Services fee. Step 13. Now Preview and confirm your information before submitting your application online. Step 14. Then Print out an acknowledgement slip that contains the screening schedule. All Candidates are to come to the screening centres with the following items/documents: a. Acknowledgement slip that contains the screening schedule b. Four Figure Table (where applicable) c. Writing materials. (HB pencil and Eraser) please note that GSM phones and calculators are NOT allowed in the examination hall. Also note that the Application website closes by 7.00a.m on Monday, 20th August, 2012, which is all applications must be concluded online not later than 7.00a.m of 20th August, 2012, that is when the website will stop recieveing application. Candidates who pay after the deadline will not sit for the examination.
