Good day ladies and gentle men well, i call this simple puzzle, lets play a game which will more interesting after we might have understand it all.. here it is.
We all know there are 36 states in Nigeria, i have forgoten the number of local goverments... dat one non mean. if e mean just teach me on the comment box.
Now here is the puzzle with a full Licensed Motor Vehicle Plate Number, Write a complete plate number representing your State and City. EG.Lagos State (KJA 198 AAA)

City(Abbrv). Eg. for( Delta=LEH for Oleh):P .
lets see those that will fail to represent their state and city Motor vehicle full plate number.
