Civil Engineer Arrested by Police in Failed Ritual Business
A repatriated Nigerian, Ehigie Omenai who hails from Esan Edo state had kidnapped two children inncluding his eigth years old niece Blessing Omenai for use in money making business is now cooling his heels in the police cell.

Elugie Omenai 26, who holds a diploma in civil engineering from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma had embark on traveling to Spain through Morocco for Golden fleece but was repatriated. since then life have not been easy with him. He decided to go for quick money and approached a herbalist, Chief Robert Okoloise who happenes to be the chairman of the traditional medicine body in the area.
On the fateful day, Ehigie tricked his elder brothers Blessings and another five years old daughter called Joy out of their home on the guise that he is going to buy food for them in the canteen. But he took them to the herbalist house for the ritual. The herbalist who had earlier alert the police over the deal from their previous  meet planted detectives around posing as clients too.
The unsuspecting Ehigie later came back to the herbalist to complete the quick money making deal. The native doctor made him to disclose his mission in the presence of the detective who promptly arrested him.
The Police PRO Edo state, ASP Ogboi, who paraded the suspect before newsmen commended the herbalist Chief Okoloise for a job well done who draw some morals from this thus: Never leave children alone in hands of mischievous people whether they are relatives or not and we should warn our children to learn that all that glitters is not gold- see how the children were tricked from home to the zone of death.
Meanwhile Ehigie is now a contrite person. Said He. "I feel very sad and ashamed of myself. I pray that God will help me get over this problem so that I will go and win souls for Christ", he concluded remorsely
