The Delta State Government is poised to expel all Hausa/Fulani Cattle Rearers accused of disturbing the peace in the State.
The state government has also placed a ban on Youth activities in Oghara. The Secretary to the State Government, Comrade Ovuozorie Macaulay, who stated this while briefing journalists shortly after the State Security Council meeting in Oghara, Ethiope West Local Government today noted that any organisation that continues to have suspicious business dealings with any youth organisation will be inviting the wrath of the state government.
He also stated that any youth found to be involved in any form of crisis, despite the Amnesty granted by the Federal Government, would be dealt with accordingly. He further emphasized that the Federal Government Amnesty is over.
