Delta State Gov. To Clean Up and Fumigate Flooded Areas before Victims can be Allowed to Return to their Homes 
 Delta regime is to arrange and treat the homes of flood victims before they'd be allowed to travel back to their numerous communities.

The State Governor, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan WHO disclosed this yesterday whereas addressing flood victims in Asaba, aforesaid it had been dangerous for them to travel back to their totally different places of abode once such places haven't been fumigated and cleansed up.

He cautioned that reptiles and alternative dangerous animals may still be lurking around and so urged them to not hurry back to their homes till it had been safe to avoid unpleasant consequences.

The Governor hinted that the regime includes a package for his or her transplantation, stressing that after the committee created to rearrange for his or her transplantation submits its report, the regime would supply the required materials that might alter them settle well.

His words ‘’I want to cue you of a committee headed by Justice Tabai that was inaugurated recently and to mention that the committee is functioning laborious to arrange and settle you well. however till that committee submits its report there's nothing abundant the govt will do to settle you. it's so higher for you to attend till the report of the committee is out before you go’’.

Dr Uduaghan but suggested those that were during a hurry to travel, to be happy to try and do thus reassuring that no matter was attributable to them would eventually be distributed to them even once that they had left.

The Governor expressed appreciation to God for sustaining them until this moment and enjoined them to still be pious particularly as God created it attainable for them to survive the flood.

A representative for the flood victims expressed appreciation to the regime for rising to the occasion after they were treed.

He recalled however the Uduaghan administration employed Lorries and boats to evacuate them from wherever they were treed by the flood.
